Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy, please let us know within 7 days of your original service. We are committed to making any needed corrections; however, we do not offer refunds. Please keep in mind corrective hair color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results and stylists will determine all guarantees on corrective hair color. If a reaction to a product used during a service occurs, we are happy to help with any service available to alleviate the reaction at no charge. A refund will not be issued for the reaction, because all services are received at your own will and risk.

Cancellation or Late Arrival Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we ask that you please call us at least 24 hours in advance – as a courtesy to the staff member, and so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. Guests who repeatedly cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be asked to put a credit card on file to reserve future appointments. In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving late may be asked to reschedule so that they are able to receive the best possible service without affecting the next guest’s experience.

Product Returns

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our skin and hair products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, provided that 3/4 of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back as an exchange for another product within 30 days of the original purchase, however we do not offer refunds.

Pricing Policy

All prices quoted are base prices and are subject to change without notice. A service charge of 4% will be applied to all credit card purchases. For your convenience, customers may avoid this fee by paying with cash. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and GPay.

Right to Refuse Service

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
